Full job descriptionC&C Search is currently recruiting a highly organised and proactive PA to Asset Management Director to join a prestigious London property estate. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a well-established and highly regarded organisation, supporting a senior leader in a varied and fast-paced role where no two days are the same.

Position: PA to Asset Management Director
Salary: £28 per hour (equivalent to £50-£55,000)
Start date: October 2026
Duration: 8-12 months

Key responsibilities for this PA to Asset Management Director position:
*Providing extensive diary and inbox management for the Asset Management Director.
*Coordinating meetings, preparing papers, presentations and briefing materials.
*Managing travel arrangements, expenses and hospitality requirements.
*Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, consultants and legal advisers.
*Supporting board reporting, action trackers and departmental communications.
*Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
*Preparing correspondence, legal documentation and maintaining efficient filing systems.
*Assisting with events, team coordination and wider administrative support across the Asset Management team.
What background and experience are the company looking for?
*Previous experience as a PA, Executive Assistant or Team Assistant supporting senior stakeholders.
*Strong diary management, organisational and prioritisation skills.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
*Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
*A proactive, flexible and solutions-focused approach.
*High levels of discretion and ability to manage confidential information.
*Property sector experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
