Job Description:
Full job descriptionWe are looking for an outstanding Executive Assistant to work closely with the entrepreneurial CEO of a successful boutique Property Investment Group, based in London’s prestigious West End.
This is a unique opportunity for an EA who enjoys working at the heart of a dynamic, entrepreneurial business and wants a role where no two days are the same. The CEO is highly driven, commercially focused and constantly involved in new opportunities, making this an ideal position for someone who is naturally intuitive, highly organised and able to operate with pace and discretion.
Benefits include Private Medical Insurance, Life Assurance, Income Protection, Pension Contributions and a generous holiday allowance. This is a fully office-based position, Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm.
Key Responsibilities
*Act as the CEO’s trusted right hand, providing high-level 1:1 support across both business and day-to-day priorities.
*Take ownership of a fast-paced and constantly evolving diary, proactively managing meetings, appointments and changing priorities.
*Organise and coordinate complex UK and international travel, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation and visa requirements.
*Prepare presentations and reports, ensuring the CEO is fully prepared for key meetings.
*Take ownership of the CEO’s inbox, prioritising and managing correspondence with discretion.
*Plan and coordinate company events, team socials and special occasions.
*Support the smooth running of the office, assisting with office management, HR administration and wider business initiatives as required.
Skills & Experience Required
*Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant providing support to a CEO or other senior executive within a corporate environment.
*Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
*Strong written and verbal communication skills.
*Confident using Microsoft 365 (including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
