Crowe Watson Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Bristol as they look to welcome a Private Client Tax Assistant Manager to their team, offering flexible working, a strong company pension, and much more. You’ll play a key role in managing client relationships, reviewing complex tax returns, and supporting junior members of the team, all within a firm that values technical excellence and a supportive, collaborative culture.

What is the day-to-day of the role:
*Manage a varied portfolio of private client tax matters, including HNWIs, trusts, and business owners
*Review complex personal tax returns and provide technical support to junior staff
*Advise clients on tax planning opportunities, including IHT, CGT, and residency matters
*Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact
*Support the wider tax team with ad hoc advisory projects
Required Skills and Qualifications:
*ATT/CTA qualified or qualified by experience
*Strong technical knowledge of UK private client tax matters
*Previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
*Excellent communication and client relationship skills
*Ability to manage a team and support less experienced colleagues
