Full job descriptionHW Finance are proud to exclusively partner with an established and growing consumer-focused organisation who are looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join their commercial Finance team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a newly or soon to be qualified accountant who enjoys working closely with non-finance stakeholders and using financial insight to influence commercial decisions. The successful candidate will take ownership of the financial performance of key digital and marketplace channels, while also partnering closely with the Marketing function.


This is a hands-on role that combines management accounting, forecasting and financial modelling with genuine commercial partnering.


Key Responsibilities
*Own and prepare monthly management accounts, providing accurate reporting and insightful performance analysis.
*Manage month-end reporting, including detailed variance analysis against budget, forecast and prior year.
*Support annual budgeting and regular forecasting processes.
*Produce weekly KPI reporting for senior management and key stakeholders.
*Act as the primary Finance business partner for Marketing, providing financial guidance and budget oversight.
*Monitor Marketing expenditure against budget and forecast, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
*Build financial models, forecasts and scenario analyses to support commercial and strategic decision-making.
*Analyse the key drivers of revenue, margin and profitability, highlighting opportunities and potential risks.


About You


You will be a CIMA or ACCA qualified accountant or finalist with strong management accounting and financial analysis experience.
Ideally, you will have worked within retail, e-commerce, FMCG or another commercially focused environment, with experience of managing or supporting P&Ls and partnering with non-finance teams.
We’re looking for someone who can combine strong technical finance skills with commercial curiosity and the confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders.
