Full job description*Three month contract

We’re partnering with a reputable organisation in Bolton that is looking for a HR Project Coordinator to support a range of people-focused initiatives during an exciting period of change. This is an initial 3-month temporary assignment with a genuine opportunity to secure a permanent position.
Working closely with the HR leadership team, you’ll play a key role in coordinating HR projects, driving activity plans, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are delivered effectively.
What you’ll be doing:
*Coordinating HR and people projects across the business
*Tracking project milestones, actions and deliverables
*Managing project plans, documentation and reporting
*Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project objectives
*Supporting organisational change and transformation initiatives
*Coordinating meetings, workshops and communications
*Maintaining accurate project records and compliance documentation
*Assisting with data analysis and project reporting
What we’re looking for:
*Previous experience in a HR Project Coordinator, HR Coordinator or HR Administration role
*Current DBS clearance (essential)
*Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
*Excellent organisation and attention to detail
*Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
*Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
*Available to start immediately or at short notice
