Are you an experienced HR professional looking to broaden your impact in a fast-paced, high-performing professional services environment?
We are partnering with a leading international professional services organisation to recruit an HR Advisor to join a collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR generalist who enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships, supporting business leaders, and driving exceptional employee experiences.
Working closely with HR Business Partners and specialist HR teams, you will play a key role in delivering operational and advisory HR support to senior stakeholders and employees across multiple business areas.
As HR Advisor, you will act as a trusted partner to managers and employees, ensuring people processes are delivered smoothly and efficiently while contributing to wider people initiatives and projects.
Key responsibilities include:
*Managing employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, parental leave, internal moves and secondments
*Preparing HR updates and communications for business leaders and teams
*Providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practice
*Supporting reporting requirements and analysing HR data to provide meaningful insights
*Reviewing employee correspondence, contracts, and documentation for accuracy and compliance
*Supporting employee engagement initiatives and action plans
*Assisting with talent, performance, and remuneration review processes
*Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
*Collaborating with early careers and talent teams to support graduate programmes
*Managing sickness absence processes and occupational health referrals
*Supporting employee relations processes, including investigations, disciplinary, capability, and grievance matters
We are looking for a confident and organised HR professional who thrives in a relationship-focused environment with:
*Previous experience in an HR Advisor or HR Generalist role
*Strong understanding of HR processes, employment practices, and people policies
*Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
*Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
*Experience supporting managers and employees across a range of HR matters
*Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
*A continuous improvement mindset and willingness to challenge existing processes constructively
*A collaborative, team-oriented approach
*CIPD qualification or progress towards qualification is desirable
