This is what you’ll be doing
*Providing electrical and mechanical support to operators during setup and changeovers.
*Conducting preventative maintenance and responding to repairs to minimise downtime.
*Repairing electrical components such as motors, drives, and controllers.
*Maintaining gearboxes, bearings, hydraulics, pneumatics, and packaging machinery.
*Supporting health & safety practices and participating in continuous improvement initiatives, where employee ideas and suggestions are actively listened to and encouraged.
This is what you’ll bring to the team
*Experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
*Knowledge of gearboxes, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, drives, and controllers.
*Troubleshooting skills for electrical/electronic issues on production machinery.
*Relevant qualifications or certifications in electrical or mechanical maintenance are advantageous.
*Safety-conscious attitude and team collaborative skills.

*Salary of £44,000, to £46,000
*30 days annual leave, including bank holidays; rising with long service.
*Quarterly bonus after 6 months.
