Venn Group’s specialist Legal Recruitment team is recruiting a Public Childcare Locum for a well-established law firm in Lancashire. This ongoing locum opportunity offers an immediate start and the chance to join a busy, supportive team handling a varied public childcare caseload.


The Role
You will be responsible for:
*Managing a caseload of Public Childcare matters from instruction through to completion
*Representing clients in care proceedings and attending hearings where required
*Providing legal advice on a range of Children Act and safeguarding matters


About You
*Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Fee Earner with Public Childcare experience
*Strong knowledge of care proceedings and Public Law Children matters
*Previous experience managing a busy caseload within private practice or a local authority setting


Key Details
*Rate: Competitive hourly rate, dependent on experience
*Location: Lancashire / Hybrid Working Available
*Contract: Ongoing Locum Assignment
*Start: Week Commencing 14th September
