An established East London firm is seeking a Family Solicitor or Caseworker to join its team in Dalston. This opportunity offers a varied family caseload, funded professional accreditation and support from Experienced Solicitors, with applications welcomed on a full-time or part-time basis.

The Role
You will manage a varied caseload covering public and private law children matters, domestic abuse, divorce and financial matters, working closely with experienced colleagues.
Your responsibilities will include preparing and submitting legal aid applications, maintaining case management records and contributing to the running of the department. You will also undertake advocacy where appropriate, with support available to build your confidence and experience.
You will have:
*At least two years’ experience working in family law, as a Solicitor or Caseworker
*Essential experience of legal aid work
*Strong communication, organisation and client care skills
*A commitment to access to justice and social welfare law
*Advocacy experience, or a willingness to develop these skills
Resolution or Law Society panel membership would be an advantage, although it is not essential.
