The OpportunityWe’re looking for a Sales Executive or Senior Sales Executive to join a well-established, high-quality new-build residential development in Essex. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on-site, enjoys building relationships with buyers, and wants to be part of a successful, longstanding team.
About the Site*A popular new-build residential development, within easy walking distance of the town centre
*Approximately 2 years of site life remaining
*Predominantly 3, 4 and 5-bedroom family homes, with a small number of apartments due to be released next year
*You’ll be joining an experienced colleague who has been established on site for some time
We’re open to candidates at either Sales Consultant or Senior Sales Consultant level. What matters most is:
*Confidence, professionalism and a strong track record in new homes sales
*The ability to build rapport quickly with buyers and manage the sales journey from first visit to completion
*A collaborative mindset - you’ll be working closely alongside a highly experienced colleague, and there’s real value in someone who can support and informally coach where needed
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly around reservations, paperwork and compliance
What’s on Offer*Basic salary of £32,000-£34,000, dependent on experience
*OTE of £24,000 on top of basic salary
