Full job description
Our client is seeking Childrens Residential Support Workers to join their team on a temporary basis, with the potential to transition to permanent positions. This is a flexible opportunity available on a full-time or part-time basis, offering shifts that can be tailored to suit your availability. The role is paid at £14.00 per hour and provides meaningful work supporting children in a residential setting.

*Temp-to-perm pathway, giving you the chance to build a longer-term role if it’s the right fit
*From £14.00 per hour, supporting vulnerable children in a residential care environment
*Supported Living for young people 16-18 years of age
Preferred Requirements
*Experience working with children in a care, education, or support setting
*Ability to build positive relationships and provide emotional support to young people
*Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends where required
*Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
*Commitment to safeguarding and child protection principles
Preferred Qualifications
*Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care, Childcare, or a related field
*Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance or willingness to obtain one
*First Aid or Paediatric First Aid certification, or willingness to complete training
