Full job descriptionAs a Payroll Assistant, you’ll be a part of processing for Bureaus and head office teams. You’ll also get hands-on exposure to a variety of duties - from onboarding and employee record management to ensuring all benefits and pensions have been covered. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to develop a broader career in a Bureau industry within a fast-paced retail environment. This is a Romanian speaking role with also fluent English required.


Key Responsibilities
*Processing weekly and monthly payroll
*Checking timesheets, hours, overtime and deductions
*Processing starters and leavers
*Maintaining accurate employee and payroll records
*Assisting with PAYE, National Insurance and pension administration
*Responding to payroll queries from employees
*Supporting payroll reporting and general administrative duties


What You’ll Bring
*Previous experience in accountancy or bookkeeping background
*Fluent in Romanian
*Experience within the clients and bureau background
*A good understanding of payroll legislation and best practice.
*Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
*Proficiency in MS Excel
*Experience working end to end dealing with all queries
*Good communicator
