We are currently seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join one of London’s most prestigious law firms. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for a permanent Receptionist position in a high-profile legal environment. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth running of the front office.
Hours rotate week to week and vary between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday.
Duties will include:
*Meet and greet clients, visitors and staff in a professional and welcoming manner
*Manage incoming phone calls and emails
*Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are set up and ready for client meetings
*Maintain a tidy and organised reception area
*Assist with administrative tasks
*Provide support to the wider office team with ad-hoc duties as required
