Salary: £30,000 per annum
Location: Farnborough
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
We are looking for an organised, proactive and personable Property Manager to join a friendly and professional team based in Farnborough.
This is a great opportunity for someone with property management experience who enjoys working with landlords, tenants and contractors, and who takes pride in providing an excellent level of service.
Key Responsibilities
*Managing day-to-day property management activities across a portfolio of properties
*Acting as a key point of contact for landlords and tenants
*Responding to and managing routine maintenance requests
*Liaising with contractors to arrange repairs and ensure work is completed efficiently
*Carrying out routine property inspections and reporting any issues
*Coordinating maintenance and following up on outstanding works
*Maintaining accurate property records and completing general administration
*Communicating effectively with landlords, tenants and contractors
*Ensuring issues are dealt with promptly and professionally
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
*Has previous property management or lettings experience
*Has excellent organisational and administration skills
*Is confident communicating with landlords, tenants and contractors
*Is proactive and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
*Has a good eye for detail
*Is professional, approachable and able to build strong working relationships
*Has knowledge of Fixflo or similar property maintenance software (desirable)
