Our client is a domiciliary care provider committed to delivering safe, person-centred support to service users in their own homes. They are seeking an experienced Domiciliary Registered Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a key leadership role, responsible for the day-to-day management and development of the service in line with CQC requirements, maintaining compliance, and ensuring the highest standards of care. Based on a salary of £30,000 to £32,000, this position offers the opportunity to make a real difference in a regulated healthcare environment where quality and safety are paramount.

*Lead compliance and quality assurance across all CQC requirements and regulatory standards
*Manage day-to-day operations while fostering a culture of person-centred, safe care
*£30,000 to £32,000 annually, with the chance to shape service development and staff leadership
Preferred Requirements
*Proven experience managing domiciliary or community-based care services
*Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, compliance frameworks, and quality assurance processes
*Demonstrated ability to maintain safeguarding standards and person-centred care principles
*Experience managing staff, rotas, and operational budgets in a care setting
*Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with regulatory bodies, staff, and service users
Preferred Qualifications
*Health and Social Care Level 5 or equivalent, or relevant professional qualification in nursing or social care
*Current registration with a relevant professional body (e.g. NMC, HCPC) where applicable
*Registered Manager qualification or willingness to undertake this within the first 12 months of employment
