Job role: HR Generalist
Contract: 6-month FTC to Perm
Salary: £70,000 – 75,000
Location: Central London
Working pattern: Hybrid 4/1

A global bank is actively seeking an immediate addition to their HR team in their Central London office who will hit the ground running. This is a unique opportunity to be an influential team player in a dynamic team within a corporate global organisation.
You Will Be Responsible For:
- Partnering with senior business leaders to develop and implement organisational design, workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee relations strategies
- Leading end-to-end employee lifecycle management, covering recruitment, onboarding, employment contracts, performance management, disciplinary matters, and exits
- Supporting global mobility and relocation initiatives, including immigration, visa and work permit requirements, tax considerations, and international employee transfers
You Must Have:
- Extensive experience in HR within Financial Services
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, payroll, and employee relations, with the ability to apply legislation and best practice across different jurisdictions
- Proven ability to lead and deliver complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, business functions, and international jurisdictions
