Job Description:
Full job descriptionA Sales / Bid Support Manager with experience across Defence technology products will support bid management, CRM Governance, sales operations support and proposal coordination for a growing High-Tech Company.
The successful Sales/ Bid Support Manager will manage and coordinate the full lifecycle of bids from opportunity qualification through to proposal submission, contract acceptance and handover into delivery.
Requirements for the Bid /Sales Support Manager should include:
*Proven experience of Sales or Bid Support within a Defence or similar Technology environment.
*Familiarity with HubSpot CRM.
*Understanding of government frameworks, customer procurement and Defence platforms.
*Good appreciation of Finance and Legal aspects of the bid process.
*Experience of Contract negotiation support and ability to support successful transition from proposal acceptance to project execution.
A competitive salary will be offered up to C£55K with Hybrid working and generous benefits to include a Company Bonus Scheme, Private medical cover, Life Assurance, 10% Company pension contribution, 25 days holiday and more.
