Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From £35,000 + Uncapped Bonus

The Role
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will identify and develop new business opportunities while building lasting relationships with customers across European markets.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Generating leads and converting new business opportunities
*Developing sales strategies for your target market
*Building strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
*Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions
*Creating tailored proposals and negotiating commercially successful deals
*Maintaining an accurate sales pipeline
*Reporting on activity, performance and market feedback
About You
We would love to hear from you if you:
*Speak fluent German, Spanish, Italian or French
*Have a successful sales background, ideally within B2B sales
*Are driven, self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
*Enjoy creating your own opportunities and winning new business
*Have strong communication and negotiation skills
*Are proactive, commercially aware and motivated by results
