We are seeking a professional, polished and personable Receptionist to join a leading law firm in central London.
As the first point of contact for clients, visitors and colleagues, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional experience. You will be joining a busy and highly professional environment where exceptional client service, attention to detail and discretion are essential.
Key Responsibilities
*Act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors and colleagues.
*Welcome all visitors in a warm, professional and courteous manner.
*Manage the reception desk and ensure a consistently high standard of service.
*Answer, screen and direct incoming telephone calls efficiently.
*Notify hosts of visitor arrivals and manage the visitor sign-in process.
*Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with room preparation.
*Arrange refreshments and catering for client meetings and internal events.
*Assist with incoming and outgoing post, couriers and deliveries.
*Maintain a professional and presentable reception and client-facing areas.
*Liaise with building management, security and external suppliers as required.
*Support the Facilities and Office Services teams with general administrative duties.
*Assist with events, conferences and other office requirements.
*Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
*Provide cover and support to other members of the front-of-house team when required.
*Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
