We are seeking a professional, proactive and highly organised Facilities Assistant to join a leading law firm in central London.
Working as part of the Facilities team, you will play an important role in ensuring the office operates smoothly and efficiently, providing a high standard of service to employees, clients and visitors. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with facilities, office services or corporate hospitality experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Provide day-to-day facilities and office services support across the London office.
*Assist with the set-up and preparation of meeting rooms, including furniture, equipment and refreshments.
*Carry out regular checks of communal areas, meeting rooms and office facilities.
*Respond promptly to facilities requests and ensure issues are escalated where appropriate.
*Assist with internal moves, room bookings and office set-ups.
*Support the reception and wider office services team when required.
*Liaise with contractors, suppliers and building management.
*Assist with deliveries, post, couriers and distribution of items throughout the office.
*Monitor office supplies, stationery and facilities stock, ensuring appropriate levels are maintained.
*Support office events, client
