We are working with an established Wealth Management practice that is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Financial Planning Administrator to join its close-knit team of 8 people. They are part of a wider network based across the UK and internationally.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly capable and experienced Financial Planning Administrator who is looking for a varied role where they can become a key part of the team. The company are looking for someone who is organised, switched-on and detail-focused, a genuine pair of safe hands who can slot into the business, take ownership of their workload and provide support across the wider team.

This means the branch team can focus on delivering a high-quality service to clients, with regular liaison with Head Office and access to ongoing training and support.

*Supporting Wealth Managers and Financial Planners with the smooth running of the practice
*Preparing documentation and paperwork for client reviews
*Arranging client reviews and managing the associated follow-up administration
*Processing new business and supporting client onboarding
*Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client information on CRM/back-office systems
*Producing client valuations and liaising with providers for outstanding information
*Dealing with client queries and requests in a professional and timely manner
*Helping to support and guide more junior members of the administration team
*Taking ownership of processes and ensuring a high level of service is maintained from start to finish
Ideally, you will have:
*At least 5 years’ experience within Financial Planning administration, demonstrating strong knowledge the financial planning process
*Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Academic qualifications such as GCSEs and A Levels are expected, but we are particularly interested in finding someone who is bright, capable and demonstrates strong attention to detail.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants more than a narrow administration role. You will have exposure to a broad range of Wealth Management activities, with the opportunity to develop your knowledge across investments, paraplanning and wider financial planning.
Professional development is encouraged, with training available through Head Office and support available for relevant professional examinations.
