Location: Desborough
Pay Rate: £16.37 per hour
Shift: 2:00pm to 10:00pm (Monday to Friday)
Hours: Full-time on temporary to permanent contract
The Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our team on a permanent 2-10 shift.
This is a varied role where you will spend time operating the forklift and supporting the factory team when required. We are looking for someone who is happy to take a hands-on approach and work as part of a busy manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.
*Loading and unloading materials.
*Moving stock throughout the warehouse and factory.
*Supporting factory and production operations when required.
*Carrying out manual handling duties.
*Maintaining a safe and tidy work area.
*Following all health and safety procedures.
Requirements
Valid, in-date Counterbalance Forklift Licence
Previous FLT driving experience
Willingness to get off the truck and assist with factory duties
Good attitude and strong work ethic
Reliable and punctual
Team player with a flexible approach
