Are you a friendly, organised, and professional individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service? We are looking for Temporary Receptionists to join our team to cover multiple corporate sites in London. If you’re ready to make a lasting impression and be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, then we want to hear from you!


This is a temporary role, offering flexibility on a variety of exciting client sites – we work with law firms, banks, media firms and multi-tenanted buildings. Whether you’re looking for short-term work, ad-hoc days or to gain experience in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.


The ideal candidate will have a positive and professional demeanour, be confident, friendly and have an excellent level of communication skills. You will be able to multi-task, remain calm whilst under pressure and be super reliable and not let the team down.


Duties can include:


*Meeting and greeting guests with a warm, friendly attitude, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
*Direct incoming calls and take messages, providing clear and helpful information.
*Maintain a professional and tidy reception area, managing office supplies and deliveries.
*Scheduling meetings, booking taxis, and providing any necessary assistance.
*Deliver an outstanding customer experience with your attention to detail and helpful approach.
