Are you a proactive and personable individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service? We are currently working for one of our largest clients who are seeking a talented Receptionist to join a vibrant, growing team in a brand new office space in London.


This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a customer-facing role and is looking for a long-term position with great career potential. After a successful temporary period, the role will transition to a permanent position with a salary of £33,000 per annum. Working hours are varied Monday to Friday between 8am – 8pm.


Key Responsibilities:


*Meeting and greeting visitors: Ensure all guests feel welcome and are attended to promptly.
*Exceptional customer service: Deliver a high level of service to clients and staff.
*Concierge duties: Assist with restaurant recommendations, booking taxis, and offering helpful local area knowledge.
*Handling queries: Be the first point of contact for a variety of questions, ensuring quick resolutions.
*Administrative support: Assist with scheduling meetings and other ad-hoc office tasks.


What we’re looking for:
*Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour
*A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
*Previous reception experience is desirable but not essential
*A proactive attitude and eagerness to go the extra mile for clients and colleagues
