Job Title: Facilities Management Lead
Location: Guildford
Hourly Rate: £39.51 PAYE OR £53.24 Umbrella inside IR35
Duration: 12 months
Working Arrangements: 2-3 days on-site per week


Key Responsibilities:
*Strategic liaison between stakeholders& supply chain
*Working alongside the wider SSFM team, proactively deliver against business strategies
*Drive operational excellence
*Energy biased
*Hard & Soft biased
*Attend stakeholder reviews
*Drive supply chain performance through operational reviews

Skills & Qualifications:
*Facilities Management experience including Hard & Soft disciplines
*Awareness of Energy & Utilities
*Robust knowledge of QSHE requirements
