Full job descriptionProgramme Director - Partnership / Advisor Propoistions - Wealth / Investment Management


On behalf of our market leading wealth management client we are going to market on a very exciting new requirement. They are looking for a vastly experienced Programme Director with deep wealth / investment management experience who has worked on specific initiatives focusing on partnership or advisor propositions. This will focus on aspects such as remuneration, incentives and interaction between the clients partner network. You will help shape a new operating model which may encompass finance, business change, technology and corporate services and then structure this in to tangible delivery milestones across a multi year programme. This person will need a deep understanding of the wealth / financial advice sector, strong regulatory change knowledge, board level reporting and specifically AR / advisor proposition experience. You will require strong prioritisation and the ability to manage a diverse range of stakeholders with differing priorities. This role is aligned to London on a weekly basis.

Experience:
- Vastly experienced Programme Director
- Extensive Wealth / Investment Management experience
- Partnership / advisor network proposition experience - this is essential
- Deep regulatory change knowledge within the sector
- Excellent stakeholder management to board / c-suite level
- The ability to work with a range of clients & colleagues differing in level and experience
