Location: Coventry CV7
Pay: £13.42 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Shift: 14:00–23:00
Pattern: 5 out of 7 days
Start: Immediate
Contract: Temp to Perm after 12 successful weeks
Working days can vary and may include weekends depending on business requirements.

THE ROLE
We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader / Delivery Station Team Leader to join a busy delivery station in Coventry CV7.
You’ll support the day-to-day operation, lead a team and ensure parcels are processed accurately and efficiently.
This is a fast-paced, target-driven environment where teamwork, communication and attention to detail are essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*Lead and support a team of warehouse operatives
*Monitor team and driver performance
*Ensure parcels are scanned, sorted and dispatched correctly
*Support dispatch and returns operations
*Help achieve daily operational KPIs and targets
*Coach and motivate team members
*Deal with operational issues and escalate when required
*Investigate and resolve customer issues
*Communicate effectively with warehouse teams, drivers and management
*Maintain high Health & Safety standards
*Maintain excellent housekeeping standards
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Essential:
*Previous Team Leader or supervisory experience
*Experience within a warehouse, logistics, fulfilment or delivery environment
*Previous experience managing or leading a team
*Comfortable working to targets and KPIs
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*A hands-on and proactive approach
*Flexibility to work different days, including weekends
