Warehouse Manager
Job Description
*Take full ownership of inbound and outbound warehouse operations across the site
*Set up and implement warehouse layouts, processes and systems to support a new high-volume production operation
*Drive improvements in inventory accuracy, space utilisation, team performance, cost reduction and waste reduction
*Ensure high standards of Health & Safety, 5S, compliance and process discipline across the warehouse
*Manage customer-facing logistics, including regular communication with key customers

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
*Previous experience in a Warehouse Manager or similar senior warehouse leadership position
*Experience managing a high-volume warehouse operation
*Experience using ERP/MRP systems
