Pay Rate: £13.90p/h

Location: Cobham, Surrey

Contract : Full Time, Part time & Bank

Shift Pattern: Monday-Sunday, working alternate weekends
Day shifts Varied between: :00
Waking Night Shifts: 22:00-7:00
About the Role
You’ll be supporting adults with learning disabilities and behaviours that challenge in a 24/7 care setting. Every day is different, and every moment matters. Whether that’s supporting someone to gain confidence using public transport, enjoy a day out with friends, work towards employment, build independence or achieve something they never thought possible, you’ll play a huge part in helping people live the lives they choose.
We’re looking for people who:
*Have experience as a Support Worker, Care Assistant, Healthcare Assistant or in a customer-facing role where you’ve supported others
*Are committed to providing person-centred care with empathy and respect
We’ll provide full training-including NAPPI & BSL-and ongoing support to help you grow and succeed.
