First Federation Trust a Multi Academy Trust are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant for Gatehouse Primary Academy.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and highly motivated individual to work alongside the class teacher across all areas of the curriculum.
*To deliver targeted interventions.
*To promote inclusion through the development of social skills, language and emotional well-being.
*To work under the direction of the class teacher and liaise with other professionals both within and outside the school.
*You will be expected to show a high degree of initiative and be able to react to given situations with integrity and compassion.
*There will be some aspects of working with SEND pupils 1:1 or small group work.
Our trust started life as a small group of schools in South Devon and our founding schools have been working together since 2006. We have a wonderfully diverse family of 29 primary schools which range from two-class village schools to much larger, urban primaries, which benefit greatly from working collaboratively, sharing collective experience, and providing support and inspiration to one another.
