*£14.00 per hour (Unqualified)
*£15.00 per hour (Level 3/4 Qualified)
*£65 per sleep-in

We’re looking for caring, resilient individuals to support children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) and social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH).

What We’re Looking For
*Experience working with children and young people, or transferable experience in care, education, or youth work
*Ability to build positive relationships and act as a role model
*Commitment to safeguarding and promoting young people’s welfare
*Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
*Willingness to learn and engage in ongoing training
Experience in residential childcare, EBD, SEMH, social care, or youth work is desirable.
Shift Pattern: 7 x 24-hour shifts (including sleep-ins) over a 3-week rota.
