Full job description Deputy Manager (2-Bedded Home)
Location: Liverpool (Anfield)
Setting: Children’s Residential Emotional Behavioural Difficulties Home
Salary: £16.80 per hour based on 165 hours per month + £65 per sleep

Hiring for a reputable client, we’re looking for a Deputy Manager to support the day-to-day running of a 2-bedded EBD home in Anfield - helping create stability, structure and meaningful progress in a nurturing environment.


What you’ll be doing as the Deputy Manager:
*Support the Registered Manager with the smooth operation of the home
*Oversee the delivery of care and support within the home’s day-to-day routines
*Help lead and motivate a small team to deliver consistent, high-quality support
*Contribute to maintaining a safe, respectful and supportive environment for young people
*Help monitor care standards and support continuous improvement
*Work closely with relevant people to ensure the young people’s needs are understood and met
