Full job description Support Worker (Complex Needs) - Stroud | £14/hr
We’re looking for a dedicated Support Worker in the Stroud area to support individuals with complex needs, including learning disabilities and mental health challenges. This is a rewarding one-to-one role where your compassion and independence will make a real impact.
? The Role:
* Provide tailored 1:1 care in a domiciliary setting (not residential)
* Support clients with a range of needs - emotional, behavioural, and practical
* Join in on day-to-day activities including walks and community outings
* Build strong, trusting relationships with service users
? You must:
* Have experience managing complex needs and mental health
* Be confident working independently
* Hold a valid driving licence (business insurance preferred - support offered)
* Ideally already have a DBS on the Update Service
* Be fluent in English, as clear communication is essential
