Are you an experienced Service Delivery, Operations, Supply Chain or Procurement professional looking for a role where you can make a real impact within healthcare?
Our client, is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to oversee the successful delivery of their managed service contract.
This is a varied and hands-on role, responsible for ensuring critical medical supplies and equipment are available when needed, supporting clinical teams, managing suppliers, delivering service KPIs and leading a small onsite team.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage the day-to-day delivery of the onsite managed service
*Lead and support the On-Site Coordinators
*Oversee stock control, inventory management and product availability
*Monitor stock rotation, expiry dates and stock takes
*Manage supplier relationships and conduct regular review meetings
*Identify cost savings and support supplier negotiations
*Ensure contract KPIs are achieved and service standards are maintained
*Build strong relationships with hospital departments and stakeholders
*Train and support users of inhouse systems
*Produce reports and manage service performance
About You:
*Experience in Service Delivery, Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain or Contract Management
*Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
*Experience managing suppliers and service performance
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
*Previous team leadership experience
*Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
*Healthcare, medical devices, NHS or managed service experience would be advantageous
