Housing Officer - Bristol | £14.50 per Hour | 2-Month Contract
Are you an experienced Housing Officer looking for your next opportunity in Bristol? We are currently recruiting for a 2-month temporary contract with an immediate start, offering £14.50 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
*Conducting tenancy visits and property inspections
*Investigating and resolving tenancy-related issues
*Dealing with anti-social behaviour cases
*Working closely with residents, contractors, and partner agencies
*Maintaining accurate records and ensuring excellent customer service
Requirements:
*Previous experience working as a Housing Officer or within housing management or similar
*Strong communication and problem-solving skills
*Ability to manage a varied caseload and work independently
*A DBS registered on the Update Service is essential due to the immediate start date
