Are you motivated to make a meaningful impact in your community? I am looking for people to support a respected charity supporting adults at risk of homelessness, and I’m looking for a Project Workers to join their inclusive team in Gloucester.
You’ll help deliver practical, person-centred support, empowering people to move forward and engage positively with their community.
What you’ll be doing
* Building positive, professional relationships with service users and partner agencies
* Keeping accurate records in line with organisational standards
* Promoting a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment
* Participating in team meetings, training, and ongoing development
* Responding to individual needs with empathy and practical guidance
* Contributing ideas to improve services and encourage innovation
What you’ll bring
* Experience supporting people facing mental health challenges, homelessness, or drug and alcohol addiction
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Good organisational abilities and confidence managing varied priorities
* Empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to helping others
* IT literacy for record-keeping and communication
* Flexibility for evening or weekend work
* DBS on the Update Service is a strong advantage
