Full job descriptionHybrid working - 2 days in office - Fifty-plus international events a year and a full-service agency where AV, content, staging and creative are all coordinated under one roof, working with a trusted supplier network. Conferences, incentives, launches and awards across healthcare, automotive and financial services. The Event Technical Production and Content Project Manager plays a key role in supporting the delivery of these varied events.
- Structured exposure across AV, staging, digital platforms and hybrid event delivery
- Hands-on coordination across 50+ international events, including 15-20 large-scale projects
- International travel as part of the delivery team
- Hybrid working

The Role
The Event Technical Production and Content Project Manager sits across both the technical and creative workstreams of event delivery, briefing and managing specialist AV and staging suppliers, overseeing content production from brief to delivery, and keeping projects on time and on budget across a busy international calendar
- Support technical planning and on-site delivery across AV, staging and digital platforms
- Manage event content including video, presentations and graphic assets from brief to distribution
- Maintain project documentation, schedules, budgets and supplier relationships
- Coordinate content version control and archiving across teams and clients
- Assist with health and safety documentation and on-site compliance
- Contribute to pitch responses and client-facing delivery presentations
The Candidate
The right Event Technical Production and Content Project Manager will already have solid grounding in event project coordination, with hands-on experience tracking budgets, managing suppliers and keeping complex schedules on track. Alongside that, you will have been involved in content production, whether that is video, graphics or digital assets, and you will be comfortable briefing and working alongside external AV and technical suppliers.
Experience with health and safety documentation or compliance processes is beneficial but not essential, as is any background in script writing or storyboarding. Candidates coming from technical production, content production or project coordination roles within a live events environment are all welcome to apply.
