ARM are delighted to be working with our client to help them recruit a Commercial Manager on a 4 month contract. The Commercial Manager will lead and deliver complex procurement activities from strategy development through to contract award.


The Role:


*Undertake procurement actions ideally with experience in the public sector
*Ability to work across multiple stakeholder groups.
*Confident communicator who can provide clear updates and build relationships.
*Experience of using an eTendering system for issuing and managing tenders.
*Experience of undertaking complex high value procurement actions and especially the procurement of frameworks


Requirements:


*Experience negotiating supplier contracts, rates, terms and conditions.
*Ability to secure commercial value and manage spend effectively
*Ability to build strong relationships across business functions.
*Experience working autonomously while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
*Experience within a public sector environment
*CIPS qualification is desirable but not essential.
