The OpportunityA successful and well-established business in Enfield is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop its sales team while driving continued business growth.

Key Responsibilities*Lead, coach and develop a team of 8 sales professionals.
*Drive sales growth and maximise profitability.
*Manage and grow key customer accounts.
*Identify and develop new business opportunities.
*Oversee sales administration and order fulfilment processes.
*Recruit, mentor and support team members.
*Work closely with senior management on sales strategy.
*Attend customer meetings, exhibitions and industry events.
*Ensure exceptional levels of customer service.
*Proven experience in a Sales Manager or Sales Leadership role.
