Join WTW’s Global Specialty team within Insurance Consulting & Technology (ICT). This role offers the opportunity to work with leading specialty insurers, reinsurers, MGAs and brokers across the London Market and global specialty insurance sector.
You will help clients address strategic, commercial and operational challenges relating to growth, profitability, portfolio performance and business transformation. Working at the intersection of strategy, underwriting, analytics and technology, you will deliver practical recommendations that drive measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
*Deliver consulting engagements for insurers and reinsurers.
*Build trusted relationships with underwriting, portfolio management and executive stakeholders.
*Support growth strategy, portfolio optimisation and underwriting performance initiatives.
*Analyse market dynamics, portfolio performance and emerging opportunities.
*Support digital transformation, operating model design and innovation programmes.
*Contribute to proposal development, thought leadership and business development activities.
*Collaborate across WTW’s consulting, analytics, actuarial and technology teams.
*Coach junior colleagues and share market expertise.




What You’ll Bring
*Experience in management consulting, insurance consulting, advisory or a related commercial role.
*Knowledge of specialty insurance, reinsurance, Lloyd’s and London Market dynamics.
*Experience supporting growth, profitability, transformation or underwriting initiatives.
*Excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
*Ability to present insights and recommendations to senior audiences.
*Interest in the future of specialty insurance, technology, data and analytics.
