We are currently recruiting for an experienced FRA Carpenter to join a busy repairs and compliance team working across North London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled carpenter with fire safety experience to secure a long-term contract with a company van provided.

Key Responsibilities*Installation of new fire doors and door sets
*Repairing and upgrading existing fire doors and frames
*Fire stopping works
*Installation of electrical enclosures
*Installing fire-rated plasterboard systems
*Ensuring all works comply with current fire safety regulations and British Standards
*Completing works to a high standard of quality and workmanship
*Maintaining accurate records and completing minor administrative tasks
*Delivering excellent customer service when working in occupied properties
Essential Requirements*Proven experience carrying out FRA / fire door carpentry works
*Strong understanding of fire door components and fire safety compliance
*Knowledge of relevant British Standards and fire safety regulations
*Experience with fire stopping and passive fire protection works
*Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
*Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
*Good record-keeping and communication skills
*Strong customer service and resident liaison skills
