The Role
The GTM Engineer will sit at the heart of the go-to-market function, working to help build the outbound engine from the ground up. This is a role that calls for genuine initiative, creative thinking, and a willingness to own the process end to end.
Responsibilities include running multi-channel outbound campaigns, targeted prospect research, qualifying leads, and contributing to ICP refinement and broader go-to-market strategy.

The role is based from their London offices.
What experience does the GTM Engineer need?
*Previous outbound SDR or BDR experience gained at a startup environment or selling into the investment firm market

*A background firmly rooted in B2B SaaS

*Strong self-direction and the ability to operate autonomously without relying on heavily structured processes or scripted playbooks

*Familiarity with modern outbound tooling such as Clay, email sequencing platforms, or CRM systems is a bonus

*Other prior exposure to financial services, VC, or PE buyers would be a plus
