About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established care home in Birmingham, seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment, delivering high-quality clinical care to residents.
Key Responsibilities
*Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care to residents
*Carry out clinical assessments, care planning, and reviews
*Administer medications in line with NMC guidelines and home policies
*Supervise and support care assistants and junior staff
*Liaise with GPs, families, and other healthcare professionals
*Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
*Respond to emergencies and escalate concerns appropriately
*Promote residents’ dignity, independence, and wellbeing at all times
What We’re Looking For
*Current NMC registration (RGN/RMN) with no restrictions
*Previous experience in a care home, nursing home, or similar clinical setting (preferred)
*Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
*Excellent communication and leadership abilities
*A genuine passion for delivering high-quality elderly or specialist care
*Right to work in the UK
