The successful candidate will support a high-volume commercial contracts function, with a particular focus on SaaS agreements and outsourced contract work.

Due to increased workflow within their commercial contracts team, they are seeking an experienced lawyer to provide specialist support on a fully remote contract basis.
Description
Key responsibilities include:
*Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
*Advising stakeholders on contractual risks and obligations.
*Supporting an outsourced contracts function with overflow work.
*Managing SaaS and other technology-related agreements.
*Providing pragmatic and commercially focused legal advice.
*Working independently within a fully remote environment.


Profile
The Successful Applicant:
*Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE.
*Strong experience in commercial contracts law.
*Previous training within private practice.
*Demonstrable experience handling SaaS agreements.
*Excellent drafting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
*Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.


Job Offer
*£70 per hour (£60 base rate plus £10 holiday pay).
