Job Description:
Full job descriptionImmediate start available for an experienced HR professional with a passion for Employee Relations. This is an interim role for a period of circa 6 months to support the HR Director and HR team with a high volume of ER case work.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage a high-volume Employee Relations caseload, including disciplinary, grievance, capability and conduct matters.
*Lead complex absence management cases from start to finish
*Provide practical, commercially focused HR advice to managers.
*Support the team on other HR activates as directed
If you are a proactive self-starter with a strong track record of managing a high volume ER case load then this is a great opportunity for you. The role is offered on a hybrid basis, 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
