*Monday – Friday between 8am – 4:30pm
The Company you will be working with;
MTrec Commercial are proudly representing our industry leading client on their search for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis. Please apply for an immediate response!
The Role you will be doing;
*Processing customer orders
*Deal with general queries and redirect to the appropriate department/colleagues where necessary
*Greet visitors
*Answer and direct incoming calls
*General administration tasks such as photocopying, filing and scanning
*Communicating with clients and associates as and when required
*Paperwork/goods flow internal and external
*Enter and extract data from PEPs
*Submitting prescriptive orders and arranging deliver/collection to patient
*Ensure patient confidentiality is maintained
*Support the CS team as and when necessary
*Follow up on progress of orders within Manufacturing
About You;
*Previous customer service and administration experience is essential
*Experience using Microsoft Office packages
*Strong communication skills
*Professional telephone manner
*Good organisational skills
