*Hedge End, Southampton, Hampshire
*Hybrid, 2 days a week onsite
*£75k plus 8% bonus, 10% pension, private healthcare
We’re recruiting for a Senior Python Engineer to join a global AI & SaaS specialist.
This is an opportunity to work on complex platform engineering challenges where your work will revolutionise the speed and accuracy of production quality code.
You’ll be joining a long-term project where your work will genuinely make a difference from day one. What You’ll Be Doing | Summary of Skills
*Building automation frameworks and tooling using Python
*Developing Infrastructure as Code solutions with Terraform
*Creating reusable templates and code generation platforms using Jinja/Jinja2
*Automating Windows environments through PowerShell
*Managing and improving configuration management with Puppet
*Building CI/CD integration’s for infrastructure delivery
*Working closely with cloud, platform and engineering teams to improve automation and operational efficiency
*Driving infrastructure standardisation, reliability and scalability across complex environments
Essential
*5+ years commercial experience with Python
*Experience with Terraform and IaC
*Knowledge of buisling CI/CD pipelines.
