Shift Pattern:*shifts between - 08:00am - 20:00
*5 days out of 7

About the Role

Our client currently recruiting for Facilities Team Member to support operations at a busy site in Edinburgh. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone practical, reliable, and customer-focused who enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Main Duties*Carrying out general maintenance and facilities duties across the property
*Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the student accommodation site
*Completing room checks and reporting maintenance issues
*Assisting with basic repairs and reactive maintenance tasks
*Ensuring communal areas are clean, safe, and well maintained
*Supporting health & safety procedures across site
*Assisting with deliveries, stock movement, and site set-up where required
*Providing excellent customer service to students, visitors, and contractors
*Responding to emergencies or on-site issues when required
What We’re Looking For*Previous facilities, maintenance, or handyman experience desirable
*Good communication and customer service skills
*Reliable and proactive approach to work
*Comfortable working shifts and weekends
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
