Full job descriptionWe’re working with a well-established Employee Benefits consultancy that is looking to appoint an experienced Employee Benefits Administrator to join their team.

The Role
As an Employee Benefits Administrator, you’ll provide high-quality administration and client support across a range of Employee Benefits products. You’ll work closely with consultants, clients and providers to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
Our client is specifically looking for candidates with previous Employee Benefits experience, ideally within one or more of the following areas:
*Private Medical Insurance (PMI)
*Group Risk
*Dual-product Employee Benefits
About You
We’re looking for someone who has:
*Previous experience working within an Employee Benefits environment
*Strong administration skills and excellent attention to detail
*Experience with PMI, Group Risk or dual-product EB
*Good communication and relationship-building skills
*Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
*A proactive and collaborative approach
*A genuine interest in developing their career within Employee Benefits
