The organisation has an established market presence and continues to secure new regional social housing projects. You’ll become part of a developing compliance team, balancing site visits with home-based duties.
We’d like to hear from people who have worked as an Asbestos Surveyor, Consultant, Inspector, or within a comparable position.
As an Asbestos Surveyor, you will be:*Completing asbestos surveys within social housing properties
*Preparing reports and relevant paperwork
*Following current legislation, standards and guidance
*Keeping records and inspection details accurate
We’d love to speak to candidates who have:*P402 qualification
*Previous surveying experience from 1year+
*Social housing background
The Asbestos Surveyor package includes:*Hybrid working
*Permanent position
*23 days annual leave plus bank holidays
Salary: £34,000-£38,000 depending on experience
Location & travel:Based across the Midlands, with regional travel required. The position combines site attendance with home-based duties where suitable.
